Avantages

Good Technology. Little emphasis on feature development and patching. Great launch pad for entry level BDRs to get promoted internally.

Inconvénients

Sales staff is tough to keep track of. CAMs, BDRs, engineers get shuffled around or leave frequently. Difficult to build a plan on the territory.

Avantages

Nearly everyone I've worked with has been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Work-from-home policy is a huge perk. Interesting and growing market.

Inconvénients

We get in our own way a lot. At least in engineering, we seem to be stuck in a startup mentality even though the company has grown past that – we don't have well-defined roles to help with career progression, and sometimes work assignments, requirements, and deadlines feel like the wild west. Also, good luck keeping up with inflation. It is difficult to get any meaningful raises even while the company is making more money than it ever has.
