      Avantages

      1) Decent exposure for freshers in terms of technology 2) Some really talented people around (although most of them are leaving by now)

      Inconvénients

      1) No regards for employees. 2) Firing is common and at will of CEO. 3) Saturation in work, no real road map for the company. 4) 10 hour working rule/ Working alternate Saturdays. 5) Very high attrition rate.

      Decent compensation and some decent people to work with

      Inconvénients

      Fiorano used to be a wonderful place to work in 5-7 years back. There was some really good technology built within the company. Now its just a slave shop run by a lavish CEO who does not care anymore about his employees as he cares about his company. The company is sent to the dogs and there is absolutely nothing remotely interesting happening within the company. Growth and appreciation is determined by this one person who knows too little of what is happening with the product. It does not know how to treat its employees. Where have you heard of saturdays being an official working day?. All in All, stay away and if possible run away.
