      Avantages

      Great company that provides plenty of opportunity to grow professionally. Very interesting and dynamic product. Management and employees are extremely smart , diverse and friendly. Health benefits are excellent.

      Avantages

      -Interesting and unique transactions, you will learn a lot -Junior employees are given meaningful tasks -Pro activeness is encouraged and recognized -Kind and pleasant people all around -Work life balance and flexibility

      -Top heavy -Pay is not great -A lot of inertia when it comes to changing processes or approaches

      Avantages

      Not a lot of good. Pay isn’t great, benefits are pretty bad but you can work from home sometimes and work life balance is decent.

      Inconvénients

      This place has horrible management, they micromanage everything. There is no autonomy at all. They do not communicate well with employees. There is no room for growth whatsoever no matter how hard you work. Management is rude and doesn’t care about lower level employees and there is no HR to advocate for you.
