Avantages
A lot of trust to do your job. If you are successful, you have a ton of freedom and flexibility. There’s many long term employees on the teams. Strong benefits, unlimited PTO, not having to return to the office full time, amazing office space with a rooftop, typically there are a lot of company events/socials. Strong culture, they recently had an in office event for the revenue team that was great. We even had a cash machine filled with bills. Was not impacted due to Covid and continued to grow and hire. Leveling up talent by building a strong C-Suite and executive team.
Inconvénients
It’s fast paced and there’s high expectations of performance. But with that, they are reasonable and work with you to get the job done. Growing quickly with limited on boarding/training.
