      Avantages

      Its a pay check while you are interviewing for another job.

      Inconvénients

      This is a family owned business. You are talked down to, treated like a second employee and yelled at. The pay is low. I have better computers at home then they give you to with with. You are blamed for managements mistakes. You are put down in front of other employees. Management makes everyone work over the 4th of July weekend but he was out boating. On Tuesday morning he pulled in towing his $60,000 Yamaha boat to wash. Not the way to motivate people.

      Avantages

      Here at Fill-tech Solutions we have a great group of people who enjoy working with each other. Someone always bring donuts on Fridays or we order lunch with money we raised from metal scraping or sometimes suppliers bring us lunch. Once difficult or long projects get done Fill-Tech offers a barbeque or pizzas. We enjoy these get together times.

      Inconvénients

      Cons are that we are required to be very neat and keep our places clean and organized.

      Avantages

      Paycheck and work/life balance are pretty solid. Most of the coworkers are really great

      Inconvénients

      Upper management is sketchy and not trustworthy. No growth, take the job and Interview for better long term positions in the meantime.
