      Avantages

      Remote work, some fun people, company paid healthcare (but with huge deductible)

      Inconvénients

      This is not the place for people that know how to scale a tech company. Just look at CEO rating. Below market pay because lacking product means they can't afford to pay proper wages. And most of the positive reviews are managers desperate to pump ratings.

      Avantages

      FileWave is a great place to work because of the people. Here in the US, we're all working remotely and it still feels like a team. Any issues you may have are always addressed and resolved quickly the majority of the time.

      Inconvénients

      I wish we did more together in-person as a team but we get by! I personally don't have any complaints.
