Avantages

I’ve had a really great experience at FieldPulse so far, especially working on the recruiting side of the sales organization. The company is growing incredibly fast, but it still feels very collaborative and people-focused. Leadership is hands-on, approachable, and genuinely invested in building a strong culture, not just hitting numbers. From a recruiting perspective, it’s been exciting to see how much the company values bringing in high-performing talent and creating real opportunities for growth. The sales team is extremely driven and competitive, but also very supportive and coaching-focused. You can tell there’s a lot of investment in training, development, and helping people succeed long term. One thing that stands out is how much opportunity there is here. Hard work is noticed quickly, top performers are recognized, and there’s a very clear path for advancement as the company continues to scale. It’s a fast-paced environment, but in a way that pushes you to grow professionally and personally. Overall, FieldPulse is a great place for ambitious people who want to be surrounded by strong talent, work in a high-growth environment, and have a real impact on the company’s success.

- Great leadership - Family like culture - Free lunches - Commission structure that actually benefits the reps - Competitive culture driving the best out of you - Good benefits (401k, insurance, etc.) - Sells to an industry with an actual need - Company is constantly growing opening up opportunity for everybody - If you work hard management gets you what you deserve - Work from home 1-2 days a week - I don't dread going into work everyday

Inconvénients

- The cons are traditional sales role cons. But ultimately those come with every sales role so no point in complaining about it. Its what you sign up for!

Avantages

The culture here is infectious – and I don't say that lightly. I was fully remote for over 10 years before FieldPulse, and now I choose to come into the office every day. That should tell you everything. The connections with the team, the momentum, the sheer amount you can get done when you're surrounded by people who genuinely care – it all compounds. Leadership is accessible and actually invested in the people, not just the numbers. Our CEO Gabe sets that tone from the top – he cares deeply about customers and he cares about his team. HR and leadership across the board deserve recognition for building a culture where teammates show up for each other. Everything we do is centered on our customers, and the rest exists to make that happen. It's not a talking point – you feel it every day

Inconvénients

The honest answer is startup growing pains. The pace of change is fast – really fast – and keeping culture fully aligned during a period of serious growth is a real challenge. None of this is unusual for a company at this stage, but it's worth calling out. If you thrive in environments where things move quickly and aren't perfectly polished yet, you'll love it here. If you need everything buttoned up on day one, it might feel like a lot
