      Generally understaffed - team changes every 4 to 6 months No increases in pay for contractors Time tracking using two separate systems No flexibility for remote work

      Avantages

      Subsidized cafeteria and nice campus Great co-workers. High caliber of people that I work with at all levels, but it is also a very high-profile project.

      Inconvénients

      Few contract opportunities. In my role, really wasn't opportunity to work on other projects. People stay a long time, again limits opportunities. Because the 401(k) requires 5 years to vest! Client service teams were ok. Definitely needs improvement.
