      Avantages

      great benefits and professionalism. Management's flexibility with time schedule. NO hassles of getting paid on time. Easy to use time submission system.

      Inconvénients

      not much chance to move around in other groups. Inconsistent policy on how the hours are charged vs. comp time.

      Avantages

      Subsidized cafeteria and nice campus Great co-workers. High caliber of people that I work with at all levels, but it is also a very high-profile project.

      Inconvénients

      Few contract opportunities. In my role, really wasn't opportunity to work on other projects. People stay a long time, again limits opportunities. Because the 401(k) requires 5 years to vest! Client service teams were ok. Definitely needs improvement.
