      Inconvénients

      Upper management from director to CEO, condescending, never honest with you. Not clear expectations, which constantly changes with no explanation. CEO thinks he is better than everyone else, example is on their webpage and only one listed under "about us", as if he does it all, he treats people like garbage unless you are in his "circle"

      Avantages

      Lots of overtime when available Company vehicle and fuel card Steady pay raises. Company issued tools Decent vacation time.

      Inconvénients

      Management has no respect for worklife balance. You can go from working from 7am-to 4pm to 9pm at a moments notice. Long drives some jobs can be 30 miles apart. Being tracked and micromanaged consistently throughout the day. Be prepared to do whatever it takes to complete an install even if theres a safety or placement issue or you will be getting a talking too.Revolving door of employees and sub contractors
