      Avantages

      Everything about this specialty chemical company is pretty average and boring, to include: pay and benefits, company culture, offices, and upper management. Overall good people with good intentions, but not exactly the place to get your creative juices flowing to truly innovate.

      Inconvénients

      Significant difficulty with change management. Pay and benefits at the bottom end of average. Weak HR support. Financial instability due to leadership playing games with the stock price.

      Avantages

      Good company. This company is out of business. While I was there, I thought it wasn't the best. But comparing to the company I am with now, it was 10 times better

      Inconvénients

      Favoritism, coffee cooler gossip. The usual stuff at most if not all companies.
