Very personal opinion the work sometimes feels very monotonous and personally I didn’t care to sit at a tiny cubicle all day staring at a computer screen. This role is detailed oriented and you review contracts for clients so they can get on jobs sites. But be ready for have high metrics that you need to maintain.

Hands down, the best employment culture of any company I’ve worked for in my 25+ years practicing law. Federated is a true rarity - a company that genuinely lives its corporate values every day, in decisions both large and small. Leadership listens to employees with curiosity and a willingness to improve, not defensiveness or indifference. There’s a common refrain that if a company takes care of its employees, those employees will, in turn, take care of customers. I’ve never seen that philosophy embraced or executed as successfully as it is at Federated. Success is recognized and rewarded, teamwork - or “interdependence,” as we call it - is the norm, and challenges or setbacks are treated as opportunities for constructive feedback and growth.
