      Avantages

      The alternative work schedules, and accrued vacation and sick leave.

      Inconvénients

      Not progressive in new technologies. Significant red tape to implement projects. Ability to relocate to other locations outside of the metro DC area difficult, and limited flexibility in telework policies.
