      Avantages

      The support and sincerity of supervisors and management make this an optimal place to work. The recognize hard work, yet are concerned during tough personal times.

      Inconvénients

      The weather can be tough as the dock area is not climate controlled. So, summers can be sweltering, and winters blistering on some days.

      Avantages

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Inconvénients

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
