      Avantages

      Fedex is all about numbers. How many bills per hour, How many pounds per hour. Overall good saleriy & benefits. Good equipment. A bit slow with some things.

      Inconvénients

      It is to be pay,benefits, seniority as to be compariable to its major competitors. I think the largest in u.s.a.

      Avantages

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Inconvénients

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
