Inconvénients
If you get hurt at FedEx Express and become disabled, the company basically throws you out to the gutter. They send you off to workers compensation where they hire an independent company by the name of Sedgwick. Sedgwick is not an INSURANCE COMPANY, they are not binded by New York State rules, which means they are free to do anything they want against you. Fedex has NO disability pension. Takes a loooooog time to move up within FedEx Express. FedEx is the same old story like other employers, it is who you KNOW to move up!
