Avantages
- Amazing interview experience. The team was respectful of my time which is saying something these days. They also asked for feedback on improving the interview process after the fact. I had been having some negative experiences with a few major tech companies in the area I was interviewing with at the same time, this was so refreshing. - At Molecula (or at least on my team) they allow you to play to your strengths and do the work that interests you. This hasn't been the case in my last few roles. - Culture-wise it's a great place to be. Of course culture fit will vary from person to person, but Molecula is very people-oriented.
Inconvénients
- It's a startup. It's fast paced and we all wear many hats. This is part of what made me want to work here, but it's not for everyone.
