      Avantages

      Office environment is very casual, but fast paced. Even if you have experience in the transportation and logistics industry, you haven't seen this. I knew nothing about Fastmore until I applied, but it is one of the best decisions I have made. The entire team is invested in making everyone as successful as he or she can be. There's no stuffed shirts, and management is extremely accessible. Fastmore is a younger player in the game and hungry for a bigger piece of the pie.

      Inconvénients

      At times, overnight issues can be difficult to resolve, but everyone recognizes the limitations.

      -Awesome people work here -Growing company, with a collaborative environment -Culture is enjoyable, social committee holds fun events for employees -Benefits are good! - Get paid to go to the gym and exercise -Two office locations (Chicago and Elk Grove Village) -Training is beneficial, and will set you up for success in the Logistics industry -Leadership team is approachable and friendly

      Would not recommend working here. Very poorly structured. Very poorly managed and very little pay. And toxic work environment
