      Avantages

      because of the high turnover there is room for advancement. If you get the right GM and DM its a good place to work. They offer lots of really good training.

      Inconvénients

      the pay is low. They always expect more and more out you with out a raise in pay.

      Good job to have during college. People are easy going and easy to get along with. Overall really good experience

      I wish if there were anything worth mentioning.

      Inconvénients

      My contract was changed three times in the span of three months. This is the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. As an employee, you are the least of their concerns expect to be asked to stay late, come in early, and take on tasks outside your job description. Due to chronic understaffing, you're pressured into doing extra work, and if you refuse, they will find a way to let you go.
