Avantages
Best part about Fastenal is job security, the freedom to roam around as you please, and there are some cool people that work there.
Inconvénients
There are a lot of cons with working with Fastenal. The first one being the long hours and the low pay. There are a lot of repetitive tasks that you just get sick and tired of doing. The goals that are given to you are ridiculous and even when you hit them you get chew out for doing something else bad.
