      Avantages

      Relaxed culture, flexible hours and both on-site and remote work OK, good leadership team that is open for new ideas, everyone can act quite freely inside their own role.

      Inconvénients

      The freedom also brings responsibility - this is both pro and con.

      Travel, experience, and pay are the only pros

      Inconvénients

      You will more than likely be worked until they just replace you. Then they will begin the process again. You will be there as long as they can manipulate you.
