      Avantages

      - There are a few highly skilled people, but I believe a number of them have already left. In my last 6 months before leaving, I personally witnessed 4-5 resignations.

      Inconvénients

      - Many of these “positive” reviews are conveniently written by new joiners, kindly nudged by HR (not mandatory, of course… but when you’re on probation, you get the hint :). - The company is stuck in the past. It’s 2025, yet because the CEO insists, everyone is forced into the office. Don’t expect flexible or modern working practices, they are not interested in adapting to today’s standards. -That shiny “Great Place to Work” award? It is for one niche category, ONLY IN MALTA. It looks good on paper, but it doesn’t reflect the day-to-day reality. - The Malta office is drowning in gossip. Barcelona likely isn’t much better culture flows from the top. - At the end of the day, this is a one-man show. If you’re just starting your career, maybe it is a stepping stone. But if you are a seasoned professional, AVOD IT! You will regret the detour. - INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES, BEWARE: the relocation package (flight, hotel, first month support) looks nice but is smoke and mirrors. Salaries are below Malta’s industry standards, and you will only realize THE TRAP once you are there. HR will put on their best “sales” act, but DON'T FALL FOR IT. -RELOCATING FOR THIS COMPANY SIMPLY NOT WORTHING - And the job titles… oh, the titles. They hand them out like pastries. Apply for “Manager”? Congratulations, you might become “Head of X” tomorrow. It’s less career growth and more of a vanity game.

      Avantages

      I am proud of coming here and leaving my feedback about Fast Track. I want the world to see we are not only the best CRM platform out there, but a place that embraces its employee community! I am from Brazil, and I moved to Malta in 2025 to work with Fast Track. It isn´t easy to live away from my family and friends, but the support I have at Fast Track made my journey just perfect. I have seen a huge growth in my career, and daily, I see myself evolving with the company. The close contact with my Manager, Andrew, and the CEO, Simon, makes me feel I am walking together with the company, one supporting the other. I am excited for the future of Fast Track, and I am sure this is not just a job opportunity but a life-changing experience that will add huge value to my path. The product is stable and complete, the Greco, Rewards, and AI are top-notch tech features, and I am happy to be part of this moment of Fast Track.

      Inconvénients

      As I said before, the distance from my family in Brazil is a huge factor, but I am 100% sure I can count on Fast Track to support me and add value to my purpose of being here!

      Avantages

      Friendly and growth mindset environment with a lot of opportunities to grow and learn.

      Inconvénients

      There is no hybrid work policy, and leadership ends up being a blocker since they want to be involved in every decision and ensure we are moving in the right direction. However, this is not scalable given the accelerated growth.
