      Quick growth and cultural changes cause some unsteadiness among teams (but personally I see them as positive changes)

Rapid change can indeed cause some fatigue, and we will continue to encourage frequent communication, based on transparency, to address it.

      Vacation time is limited, especially for the first few years.
