Avantages
This is one of the best jobs/employers I've ever had. From a Fortune 250 company all the way down to a 5 person Medical Laser startup, I think I've experienced it all. From those extremes, (bureaucratic nightmares, 30 hrs of weekly meetings, or missed payrolls) I've seen a huge range of business environs. Is Fallbrook perfect? Of course not. Are they trying hard to correct deficiencies? IMHO, absolutely! Just as I would hope any company would likewise put substantial efforts towards improvement. Fallbrook expects competency, effort and dedication, but provides plenty of flexibility in how you get to the finish line. Like any successful company, Fallbrook is dependent on their employees to drive this process. Soooo, pessimism is not a preferred job skill! If you constantly read negatives into your job, it's possible that is your basic mindset. For me, Fallbrook is a just great mix of people having fun while creating some incredible products. The talent here is amazing and I feel very lucky to be part of this team.
Inconvénients
We've outgrown our physical space. We may have to move in the near future as projects expand. Other companies trying to poach our employees.
