      - You feel respected and your opinion matters - Management is very transparent and easy to talk to

      Inconvénients

      With no middle management and only 4 founders doing all the managing with 50 something employees there are times it is hard to reach them. Other than that I have no complaints.

      Avantages

      Hybrid where office and work from home works well. Even working from home had work out so you dont feel like you missing out! Great founders that you get a sense that they care. A place i can see myself staying for a long time. Project that the people care about but still keeping the fun of development.

      Inconvénients

      More get togethers would be nice, they happend once a year but would be nice seeing everyone 2-3 times a year.
