      3+ years of work with large buy side clients and made several connections with people otherwise hard to get in touch with in entry level roles. Management was helpful especially when times got tough and clients were difficult.

      Too many people involved in the larger accounts - greater clarity needed between generalist and specialty services - better comp

      Avantages

      Great work/life balance, but expect to work hard. Good team dynamics and open communications.

      Inconvénients

      Expect a reorg with cuts every 3 years or so. Resource prioritization often seems more tied to messaging value than actual value. Struggling to find a place in the FinTech ecosystem as it's not a giant like LSEG nor Bloomberg, but also not as focused and agile as small competitors.
