      Avantages

      offer part time hours, flexible work schedule.

      Inconvénients

      excessive bullying, favoritism, no growth potential, screaming at coworkers acceptable, temper tantrums encouraged. An "innovative" agency that doesn't acknowledge technology and has to be told by clients whats the latest and greatest.
