-Per diem paid out for up to a year long project -Per diem is very generous -Management doesn't micromanage -Can learn a lot in a short amount of time -Can be assigned remote locations -Can travel often or take more long term assignments -Medium sized company but feels like a much smaller one -Amount of networking opportunities is insane -Every project is negotiable regarding per diem and travel back home -Feels like I run my own business inside a bigger company

-No time for training (Baptism by Fire) -Can be assigned in remote locations -Good or Bad Experience depends FST's customer

Support for educational/professional growth. Mentorship programs. Responsibility is there for you to take initiative with and improve your technical skillset.

Corporate is less than ideal. Simple tasks such as timesheets and expense reports are made far too difficult.
