Avantages
The only reason is that "Limited" Tag what they have. But still it dosen't matter at all. FSL software technologies Limited is a part of JSA (Jain singal Association) which is a CA firm by reference of them they get this title which they dosent deserve.
Inconvénients
1- This is one of the worst company I worked with, Dont go with that fake good reviews that HR have putted here under the pressure of MD. The company majorly have 3 software : Buyerease to whom they call An Erp Solution which is just a PLM Tool thats it. compliance Mantra : Companies, who uses this software having thousand of complains, 3rd : sales mantra : This one is little good. All the software's were outdated. They do only false promises with their prospect and client's and when they start using it the got know the reality. 2- Highly pressure : This is so called Lala company who treat their employees just as a labor they only expect form you is to work form 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM. 3- Salary will come on time but after several unknown deduction.(Both sides of PF deducted from your salary only) 4- For sales this is the worst company First company I have seen who told their female employees for Cold calling. 5- This is the first company where its written on board "If you have any relation inside company you need to take permission for m your TL for that. 6- Politics inside the company is too bad.
