Avantages
FMC has a fairly stable work force (for those interested in job security). New executive management is departing from the company's past conservative stance and suceeding at achieving new growth initiatives.
Inconvénients
Due to aggressive company growth and expansion efforts, workload is ever-increasing and can contribute to poor family/worklife imbalances. At times, management can make excessive, unreasonable demands given the existing workload.
