      It is a small company. They are under staffed and know it. They want 110% and only give 80%. Lack of professional ownership. Lack of professional officers

      Like high school. If you're a cool kid you'll do ok, if not, you're gone. Owner is verbally abusive. President not qualified for the job. They just lost a big account and laid off 30% of staff.
