      Avantages

      Great people. Casual enrichment, everyone makes an effort to really interact and get along. Most people stick around for a long time (pro) but because of this there really is almost no upward mobility. (Con)

      Inconvénients

      The managers can delay on making really important decisions, no one wants to take credit for the hard decisions.

      Avantages

      Collegial; calm work environment; staff want to do good work to support the federal judiciary; has good work-life balance (employees not expected to make their work/job their life); work schedule flexibility.

      Inconvénients

      Limited mobility, lateral or upward, due to the fact that staff remain in their positions for a long time (several years or more or until retirement).
