      Avantages

      good vacation, sick days and time off policy

      Inconvénients

      management changes over the years changed the demeanor of the work environment, was a family type environment for many years and although a not for profit organization, it became too corporate and a large turnover of staff. salary raises and bonuses were not great and often delayed.

      Avantages

      Nice onboarding by others. Quickly once on board they turn negative energy toward employees who came to this company only wanting to are skilled and want the mission to succeed and also showed guaranteed success.

      Inconvénients

      Unprofessional Environment, Very inhumane leadership style. Unfortunate leadership for a good cause.
