A realistic environment with less stress than big corporations. Catered meals a few times a year for employee appreciation and holidays. Several breaks a day for the workers. Pay is comparable for the industry.

Antiquated software/hardware leads to difficult and slow product development

Easy getting hired. Just a sew test. Training for first 5 weeks. Trainer was good. On sewing line was tougher. It's weird standing up to sew but I liked it once I was used to it. Much better than sitting all day. Some days were hard with us changing parts 2 or 3 times. Most days we just sewed. Supervisor was spanish and hard, but fair. We got along good. Liked the bonus pay some weeks. If we did really good number, we made extra. I liked that. Fun at Thanksgiving and christmas parties. Air conditioned in summer so not real hot. That was really nice. Last job was hot. Lots of good people. Liked it.

Hard to fit in. Many vietnamese sewers and they stick together. Once I got off training found some really good friends. They expect you to work hard and watch the clock. It is a line job. Pay could be better but was most I have made sewing.
