Avantages
They will hire you right out of college with no experience. The first year is all training, so you will learn as you go. Great health benefis and 10% matched 401k
Inconvénients
Depending on the city you work, you could travel a lot. Salary is ok but not going to make you rich. Senior management in the field offices are not the most competent. Many of the good examiners have been promoted over the last few years into desk roles leaving very little experience in the field.
