      Avantages

      could be an up and coming company, they're trying to upgrade to 21st century tech with digital surfacing. the owner really cares

      Inconvénients

      the owner and management have had a lot of personal stuff go on which clouds their judgement, taking business to personally and making poor decisions for the growth of the company. basic business and not personal relations need to govern the growth.

      Avantages

      None really. One week paid vacation. Thats it. NO PTO. NO Overtime.

      Inconvénients

      Unorganized. Duties outside of your job description with no extra pay. If you come early or stay late they do not pay you for that but expects you to be there. NO BENEFITS! NO COMMISSION. No pay for meetings outside of store hours. Christmas bonus is horrible.
