      Avantages

      Great opportunity to work with people from different technology. Ability to learn and climb up the ladder for future prospects. Manager was nice and got to learn so much which helped me in my present job.

      Lack of Team work :).

      The work environment at ESPL was good, Colleagues of the same age group, Activity filled Fridays, Support and helpful Colleagues

      Inconvénients

      Management views on employees,Benefits and rewarding of employees,Fun at wok must improve,Less communication to employees from management side.

      Avantages

      ESPL is a good knowledge gaining center for fresh graduates coming out of colleges. The work environment is set to kick start a good career. The employees gain live project experience, Thanks ESPL for helping me kick start my career.

      Inconvénients

      Though you get the required work knowledge compensation is a major concern.
