      Slow to change and adapt after a period of rapid growth. Hopefully this is something that will follow soon.

      The company has flat hierarchies, outcome focused time management and is balancing work life balance with best in class performance. You work for best im class clients at Global level.

      Inconvénients

      This is not a multi-national companies so if you expect an 100% structured environment you may miss breadth of fringe benenfits.
