      Avantages

      Never work with Excelize, they suck blood. They also take money for US visa and offer.

      Inconvénients

      Numerous cons. Infact the entire organization is a con for USCIS.

      Avantages

      Till you are a year old, the behavior around you will remain receptive

      Inconvénients

      Bad Compensation and late payments of all bonuses. No consistent HR policy - in 3 months your position and work might be unnecessary. You will be bad-mouthed once you have resigned. The environment is of fear and not collaboration. Hire & Fire policy with no job security. Any bonus or appraisal promise made at the time of joining will remain unfulfilled.
