Avantages
Bought our company and already our numbers are sky rocketing! So many more options are now available! Other people are bitter because some things have changed and it's hard to say goodbye to a great owner who had a personal touch, but honestly, be grateful you have a job! Not that much has changed! We are still the company we were but more freedoms are allowed because we work under an umbrella with many sister companies and have the resources to schedule IME's with more doctors. We still have the wonderful managers we had and still have yearly reviews and raises. I don't have the health insurance so I don't know what that is about, but look into all your options if it's that bad. I worked at a job before this one for 4 years and was never even allowed to take a lunch break, paid or not. Some people are drinking out of mud puddles and eating our of dumpsters...and you have a retirement plan...how stupid?!?!
Inconvénients
Short staffed right now but a ton of over time available! Yes some of the personnel need to work on their friendliness but I'm sure their life isn't a bed of roses.
