- Very profit-driven company at the expense of the employees - No communication with immediate management or higher management, sometimes it would take days to get in contact with my immediate supervisor - No long-term outlook on career or company, there were no processes or updates about the future of the position - I'd be assigned tasks for a project that I had absolutely no background knowledge of and no one had time to explain to me - Management had no ability to provide critical feedback on the content created, I had no opportunity to grow with the lack of helpful feedback - For the length of my employment, management had the wrong number for me and blamed me for lack of response
