      Avantages

      Easy work, not much required of you, management leaves you alone for the most part as long as you do your job

      Inconvénients

      Not much to learn, hard to grow as it is a small company. On call sucks and will drain you. Sometimes its hard to get answers to problems that are beyond your control.

      Great people, full benefits, lots of opportunity to further your knowledge of the industry.

      Inconvénients

      Needs a better roadmap for the future. Innovation is key in the industry, and needs to be more of a focus.

      Avantages

      Great Team, we have a team that works together for the most part. New operations manager is great. Really cares and helps.

      Inconvénients

      Besides the people on your department nobody else will be friendly. There is a huge difference between departments. CEO will not say hi to you if you happen to walk by him. I'm sure he feels superior
