      Avantages

      Strong mentorship and a kind and supportive team makes an internship with this agency a valuable experience. They respect your time and won't overwork you. It's a great place to learn and grow as a designer early in your career.

      Inconvénients

      Pay was a little low for experience level, and many of the projects are under tight enough NDAs that there's not really an opportunity to add them to a portfolio.

      Avantages

      Very open to sharing their knowledge. They treat you like a member of the team from day 1. The team is very close and there is good workplace culture.

      Inconvénients

      It's a small team of generalists who have been there for several years with specialized processes and knowledge. It can be hard for new members to fully integrate with the team.
