Inconvénients
Northolt Leisure Centre & Acton in particular. Unprofessional management team in both centres. Staff are treated poorly. Those at the top are only interested in how much money is being made no concern, regard or reward for the staff that actually bring the money in, especially Personal Trainers. All staff throughout the centre (accept management of course) get minimum wage. Membership prices are too high, poor value for money. I would like to know what the money is being spent on as the centres as a whole are run down, dirty and in desperate need of a refurbishment , the equipment in the gym is dated and lots of faulty machines that have been out of action for sometime.
