My time spent with the company has given me plenty of opportunities to learn about the business, I enjoy working alongside my team and all departments of the business helps each other to get the job done. Everyday is different in this industry and that’s what I enjoy because it makes it challenging.

You do not get paid full commission even when you have hit targets

We recognise that clarity around pay, hours, and expectations is essential, and where there has been confusion or inconsistency, that understandably causes frustration. We are currently reviewing how pay structures, working arrangements, and communication are managed to ensure greater clarity and transparency This work is being supported by strengthened leadership focus, including the appointment of a new Commercial Director to help improve consistency, communication, and standards across the business. Avantages

Monday to Friday job. Sometimes they would be quite flexible with working

Inconvénients

They would pay you minimum wage and add a bonus in top. You hardly ever got that bonus as they would fine you for things like, spelling a customers name incorrectly or their email address. Not sure how they got away with most things but they did. Stay away from the tinpot organisation
