Avantages

Good benefits and some nice employees that make it worth while.

I think the main thing to understand about ECS, is what is driving the company. What is the end game? For them it's buying other companies that will get them to the 300M mark so that they can sell the corporation and cash out. Problem is when they cash out, who do you thing will get the money? The executives of course. As previously employees have pointed out in other reviews; however that is how this business works in the IT world. The relationship with Strongbridge was developed internally to support growth and still tap the small business market. Most of the employees know the real deal and that this relationship is tighter than ever. Just look at the news release with the Investment firm back in April. Do you really think that is just to help them grow? This firms specialize in flipping companies
