      Avantages

      I'm treated fairly, I have quite a bit of freedom to flex my schedule, and they do seem interested in promoting a work-life balance. When I've had issues, they have addressed them pretty quickly. My pay is definitely reasonable, and I've got an awesome boss.

      Inconvénients

      Combined sick/leave time is kind of scanty, even after several years.
