Avantages
The HR department is very responsive to questions you will have.
Inconvénients
No support. You will not speak to your manager unless you have done something "wrong". Vacation/sick/personal leave is all lumped into one. You earn 3.34 hours per paycheck,..roughly 10 days a year... Aka don't ever get sick. There was no onboarding process, at all. Therefore, you will have plenty of questions throughout working there, that will need to be answered by HR as they occur.
