- Nepotism is somewhat of an issue. This won't prevent any opportunities for you but people who perform badly are not often fired if they are close friends with management. - Your success is heavily dependent on how good a teacher your manager is. - Managers are promoted based on sales ability, alone. - It is a ridiculously boring job. - The way CyberCoders markets to get new clients is dishonest. - Team events are overrated and generally a waste of money to go to if you live far from their headquarters in Irvine, CA.
