New grads beware. Please do not accept this job as a recent graduate. Every young person left less than a year because of how you are treated and how you can’t make any money. The people who have stayed have the best accounts and the rest are horrible in this market. Recruiting is another good job but they haven’t hired for it in years. Bottom line. Don’t work here unless you’re fine with fear mongering management and passive aggressive coworkers
There is zero diversity and the manager has also made comments about never hiring a woman again.
